Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect item received
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original condition
- All original tags must be attached
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Minor colour differences caused by screen settings
Size Exchanges
If the size you ordered does not fit, we offer a size exchange within 2 days of delivery.
Conditions for exchange:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Original tags must remain attached
- Item must be returned in original packaging
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges. If the requested size is not available, we may offer store credit or an alternative item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the item
- A short description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Inspection
Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions.
Refund or Exchange
After inspection:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, or we may offer store credit or an alternative item.
- Approved exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received
